We want you to love every piece from DB Diamonds. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Item must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
- Item must be returned in its original packaging
- Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return
How to Return
- Email us at dbdiamondsonline@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back to the address provided
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style. Contact us to arrange an exchange within the 30-day window.
